Our Data Insights & Analytics team drives analytics, automation, and AI within Protection Management. In this internship, you will maintain and evolve the dashboards, automations, and data solutions that help SWISS manage aviation safety, security, and compliance risks.

Tasks
You will work on real-world use cases and help keep our analytics and automation tools reliable, relevant, and ready to support everyday operational decisions.
- Maintain and enhance dashboards in Tableau and Power BI
- Build and improve Power Automate flows and Power Apps use cases
- Connect data sources into Microsoft Fabric and support semantic model documentation
- Translate stakeholder needs into dashboard and automation solutions
- Maintain process documentation in Confluence and support management of our analytics and automation portfolio

Requirements
We are looking for a curious and reliable problem solver who enjoys building practical, working solutions and taking ownership of their delivery.
- Master’s student or graduate in Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or similar
- Hands-on experience with Tableau and/or Power BI dashboarding
- Experience or strong interest in Power Automate; familiarity with Power Apps a plus
- Solid SQL and basic programming/scripting skills
- Comfortable working directly with stakeholders to translate business needs into solutions
- Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
