Tasks

Shape the F&B experience across all our lounges – from Business via Senator to HON
Circle / First Class – and make it unmistakably Austrian.

• You own the strategy, experience and performance of our lounge F&B portfolio – from customer insight and concept development through supplier execution, launch and continuous optimization.
• You turn data, trends and guest feedback into bold concepts, standout menus and culinary experiences featuring Austria’s best brands.
• You lead and creatively collaborate with partners to achieve the best possible quality, quantity, SLAs and CSAT.
• You benchmark, innovate and continuously push our F&B product to the next level.
• You combine creativity with operational reality, creating concepts that are exciting, scalable, and deliverable.
• You bring our new lounges to life, drive Go Live & hypercare and turn our F&B offering from a cost line into a commercial opportunity to make our lounges true profit centers.
   

Requirements

We are looking for passionate foodies, always curious about new flavors, trends, products and the stories behind great brands with a genuine passion for making every guest feel welcome and at home.

• You are a commercially minded F&B product leader who can turn customer insight into scalable hospitality experiences.
• You have a strong F&B and hospitality background gained through higher education and several years of relevant professional experience. 
• You combine creative thinking with a hands-on mindset and know how to turn big ideas into experiences that work in real-life operations and commercially.
• You balance guest expectations, quality, operational feasibility & cost of goods.
• You bring a strong network and knowledge of Austria’s hotel, gastronomy and food scene and know the people and passion behind it.
• You communicate confidently in German and English with all interfaces.
• You have unrestricted access to the Austrian labor market.
