    Based at Berlin Brandenburg Airport BER, we were founded in 2018 and are a 100% subsidiary of Ryanair.

    We are currently looking for a Sheet Metal Worker to join us in Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) or Nürnberg Airport (NUE).

    Role:

    • Aircraft body structure and parts repair on Ryanair fleet aircraft, in according with approved maintenance data and procedures
    • Performing metal assembling operations such as cutting, filling, drilling, countersinking, fitting, shimming, adjusting, clamping, bolting, reaming, riveting and bucking work.
    • Working with, amongst others, relevant equipment -Bending machines, English Wheel, Flap Peening, Drill or Grinder as usual working tools.
    • To find the most suitable repair solutions and implementation in according to the Maintenance Repair Manuals
    • Any other duties as requested by your Shift Leader / Hangar Manager

    Requirements

    • Must hold demonstrable experience of Sheet Metal Work and Structural Repair
    • Previous maintenance experience on B737 is highly desirable.
    • Knowledge of technical drawing
    • Flexible approach to working in fast changing environment
    • Must be flexible, including availability to work overtime as and when required
    • Ability and willingness to train non-skilled personnel
    • Excellent communication skills – fluent English is essential

    PAML, Maintenance providers for Ryanair Group are currently recruiting for a Safety Data Analystto join the Safety Dept of their heavy maintenance operation.

    Responsibilities:

    • Keep SPI trackers up to date and ensures events are correctly counted and mapped to the right SPIs by applying and validating the relevant counting rules. 
    • Creates data‑driven presentations for SAG, SRB, and other forums, ensuring Titanium outputs and supporting materials are accurate, clear, and suitable for senior stakeholders.
    • Reviews ESRs to ensure correct event type and SPI mapping, supports consistent report classification (including Titanium outputs), and advises on whether reports should feed specific SPIs.

    Requirements

    • A bachelor’s degree in a data related field or equivalent work experience is preferred.
    • Aviation experience is preferable but not essential.
    • Demonstrated ability to read and understand the documented processes and procedures needed.
    • Interested in data visualisation tools like Power BI and skilled in creating dashboards.
    • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to interact successfully with various departments, including departmental leadership.
    • A successful candidate will thrive in a high volume, fast-paced, time-sensitive work environment.
    • Knowledge of aviation operations, strong organisational skills, action-oriented multitasking capabilities, and excellent communication skills are key requirements to be successful in this role.
